Salon South Policy

-We do not offer product refunds or returns

-No deposit refunds for extensions or weddings

-If you are more than fifteen minutes late to your appointment, your stylist may need to reschedule your appointment

-When coming to your appointment please note that there could be hair color/chemicals that may come into contact with your clothes etc. While this scenario is rare and we do our best to never stain anything accidents happen. Salon South is not liable for any clothing, purses etc that may get color on them at the appointment.

-We require a consultation appointment for extensions as we are not able to quote extensions over text or call

- In the event that a guest no call/no shows an appointment they may not be permitted to book another service at our salon.

-If you are unsatisfied with the color or cut, you can call or text us within 7 days we will be happy to make any adjustments to the cut or color within reason but no refunds will be permitted under any circumstance.

- Online booking: if you reserve an online booking appointment please be sure you are booking for the correct service. There is an option to add photos and leave notes. If you choose the wrong service the stylist will only have time alotted for the appointment booked and may need to reschedule. Cancellation Policy:

In order to reserve any service with us we require a valid credit card on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or are a no show to the appointment your card on file will be charged half of the total of the service(s) booked.

If you cannot make it please call or text 470-915-4247 to avoid a cancellation charge.
